Kalos City: Hermione

At a young age, Hermione was left as an orphan when her parents died in a tragic accident. Her aunt and uncle, being the kind people that they are, took her in when she had no place to go. At first, she acted rather reserved and distant from them, but soon learned to soften up a bit. Hermione grew attached. Not wanting to feel like a bother to the two, she always worked hard and made sure to get the highest grade in her class so that they can feel proud of her.

One day, Hermione’s aunt contracted a fatal disease. Hermione tried to find a cure within her studies, but no matter how valiant her efforts were, nothing could prevent her aunt’s sudden sickness and death. She and her uncle were devastated at first, but due to Hermione’s ever optimistic attitude, she couldn’t stay depressed forever. The Delphox continues to work, even getting a job as a waitress to pay for student loans and help her uncle out more. Hermione aspires to be a well renowned scholar and alchemist.

Hermione has always been a curious child, wanting to explore the depths of the unknown and expand her knowledge of what she already knows. She’s sociable and never afraid to strike up a conversation, though at times she does tend to get a bit smart with others.
